Youth are increasingly being influenced by what they see and read on social media. Violence towards themselves and others is rapidly spreading among young people, as demonstrated by the recent upsurge in school violence and vandalism inspired by TikTok.
As part of Victims for Justice’s commitment to violence prevention, we took a look at this phenomenon in Anchorage, Alaska and asked what individuals, families, and we as a community, can do.
